We are available to help you online or by phone from Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM and Saturday – Sunday, 10AM – 5PM.
Our Customer Hub will also operate on the evenings of theatre shows and events, where they can help you in person. There will be no one present for in person bookings outside of this.
Theatre at The Mill – Opening Hours
From 11 September 2026, Theatre at the Mill will be open to the public Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm, excluding show days.
The Flax Gallery will also be open to the public during these hours.
From 1 April 2027, Theatre at The Mill will be closed to the public, except on show days and when hosting conferences or other events.
